About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Project Manager to join our team with a proven track record of successfully managing external, client-facing implementation projects for enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for those who have experience with SaaS offerings. As a Project Manager at Hyro, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position will be reporting to Hyro's CIO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues.
  • Monitor and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the standards set by Hyro and the client.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion), and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing external projects with enterprise clients.
  • Experience with SaaS offerings.
  • Experience in a healthtech company - big advantage.
  • Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products - big advantage.

Benefits

  • Hybrid role with at least 3 days in the NYC office.
  • Salary range of $70,000 - $120,000 annually exempt, based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
