About the position

The Implementation Project Manager at Inhabit is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the ResMan SaaS platform for assigned accounts. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure customer needs are met while achieving internal objectives. The position involves managing multiple projects, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the improvement of the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Implement a portfolio of Core and Affordable projects for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate configuration of property data and business processes.
• Create project plans to meet deliverables and customer launch dates.
• Conduct project status calls and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Establish relationships with customers to define priorities and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate as needed.
• Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency through project handoff to the Customer Success Team.
• Provide feedback to improve the implementation process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SaaS systems and ability to comprehend highly configurable software.
• Ability to work independently and manage extended hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven time management skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of resident-facing CRM applications and marketing technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of fundamental property management workflows.
