About the position

As an Implementation Project Manager at ADP, you will be responsible for executing the "OneADP" project management methodology across various projects involving multiple products and business units. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure a high-quality implementation experience, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and driving the performance of the project team. You will also be tasked with maintaining client relationships, overseeing project documentation, and ensuring that all necessary processes are followed to meet client expectations and project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the 'OneADP' project management methodology for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and ADP Project Team to manage project scope and client experience.
  • Oversee development, communication, control, and execution of project plans.
  • Ensure project goals are met by coordinating with Implementation Specialists, Trainers, Sales Representatives, and other team members.
  • Determine appropriate analysis and data conversion methods for product setup.
  • Monitor project deliverables and maintain key project documents including project plans and status reports.
  • Coordinate the new client transition process at the conclusion of the implementation.
  • Manage client relationships at the senior level and act as the single point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Participate in departmental task forces and councils to improve processes and collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client service, customer service, or consulting experience.
  • Prior project management experience is not required; training will be provided.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required; skills and experience are prioritized.
  • Military experience is recognized and valued.
