About the position

As an Implementation Project Manager at Paradox, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the end-to-end implementation process of our innovative recruitment technology. This position is designed for a project management professional who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals and is adept at navigating complex projects. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of client onboarding projects, ensuring that clients experience a seamless transition from post-sale to successful implementation. Your role will involve building strong relationships with our largest and most complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey. You will apply Paradox's implementation methodology to maintain consistency in the client experience and expedite the time it takes for clients to realize the value of our solutions. This includes developing and managing detailed project plans, overseeing project timelines, operations, and communications, and conducting regular status checkpoints. You will coordinate meetings, provide timely updates, track milestones, and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams to deliver platform configurations, integrate systems, and enhance features. You will also liaise with the client management team to ensure a smooth transition into the go-live phase and ongoing adoption of our technology. Additionally, you will provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members, document processes for continuous improvement, and advocate for clients with our product teams to influence roadmap decisions and improve the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of client onboarding projects from post-sale to successful implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with large and complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Apply Paradox's implementation methodology to ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Develop and manage project plans to deliver contracted products and services.
  • Manage all project timelines, operations, and communications with clients and internally.
  • Conduct regular status checkpoints and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Provide timely updates, track milestones, and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform configurations and integrate systems.
  • Work closely with the client management team to ensure a smooth transition into go-live.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members and document processes for improvement.
  • Advocate for clients with product teams and suggest improvements in the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management for complex software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the HR technology industry, including HCM, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and integration partners.
  • Experience on implementation projects for companies with 10,000+ employees.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels, with the ability to adjust messaging to the audience.
  • Experience managing a formal project plan using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike).
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to lead by influence.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
  • Available to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
