About the position

Symbotic is at the forefront of revolutionizing the supply chain with its A.I.-powered robotic technology platform. The Implementation Project Manager will play a pivotal role in this transformation by collaborating with cross-functional leaders across various departments including design, engineering, supply chain, finance, installation, commissioning, testing, operations, suppliers, and customers. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all teams are aligned, project plans are executed effectively, and any issues or risks are managed efficiently. This position is highly visible and requires interaction with all levels of the organization, including executive management and clients. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement, requiring the manager to streamline processes and enhance team interactions. Regular communication of project status to stakeholders, conducting earned value analysis, and leading weekly meetings to discuss project progress are also key responsibilities. This remote, travel-based position requires the candidate to be located in the Southern region to facilitate on-site collaboration with team members in Hope Mills, NC, or Brookhaven, MS. The Implementation Project Manager will need to travel to these sites as necessary, ensuring that the project objectives are met through effective management and communication.
