About the position

As an Implementation Project Manager at Paradox, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the end-to-end implementation process of our innovative recruitment technology. This position is designed for a project management professional who thrives on helping clients achieve their goals and is adept at navigating complex projects. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of client onboarding projects, ensuring that clients—from large enterprise organizations to Fortune 500 companies—experience a seamless transition from post-sale to successful implementation. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process, and applying Paradox's implementation methodology to ensure a consistent and efficient client experience. In this position, you will develop and manage comprehensive project plans that detail the delivery of contracted products and services. You will oversee all project timelines, operations, and communications, both internally and externally. This includes conducting regular status checkpoints, coordinating meetings, providing timely updates, tracking milestones and outstanding tasks, and ensuring visibility into project risks, dependencies, and potential delays. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you work to deliver platform configurations, integrate systems, enhance features, and track progress towards timely completion of deliverables. Additionally, you will work closely with the client management team to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure a smooth transition into the go-live phase and ongoing adoption of our solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and documenting processes for continuous improvement. As an advocate for clients, you will influence product roadmap decisions and suggest improvements to the client onboarding process, ensuring that Paradox continues to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of client onboarding projects from post-sale through to successful implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with large and complex clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
  • Apply Paradox's implementation methodology to ensure consistency in the client experience and expedite value realization.
  • Develop and manage project plans to deliver contracted products and services.
  • Manage all project timelines, operations, and communications, both internally and with the client.
  • Conduct regular status checkpoints, coordinate meetings, and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Track milestones and outstanding tasks, providing visibility to project risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver platform configurations, integrate systems, and enhance features.
  • Work closely with the client management team to ensure a smooth transition into go-live and ongoing adoption.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members and document processes for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for clients with product teams, influence roadmap decisions, and suggest improvements in the client onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience providing Project Management leadership for complex software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the HR technology industry, including HCM, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and integration partners.
  • Experience working on implementation projects for companies with 10,000+ employees.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels, with the ability to adjust messaging to the audience.
  • Experience managing a formal project plan using project plan software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Financial Force, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to lead by influence.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
  • Available to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office is strongly preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
