About the position

Anduril Industries is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join its Strategic Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end processes that enable the company to build, ship, and deploy products at scale. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing key ERP implementation workflows, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, and Deployments, to identify and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies necessary for project success. In this role, you will define, manage, and improve project management processes for the ERP implementation team. You will also help implement risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks. Managing the project timeline across all related projects is crucial, ensuring that milestones are met and projects remain on track. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, facilitating communication and collaboration across various teams and departments. Regular project updates will be provided to management channels, and you will escalate issues as necessary according to the project work plan. Analyzing project status and revising the scope, schedule, or resources when necessary will be part of your responsibilities to ensure that project requirements are met. Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders will be essential, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies for project success.

  • Manage the project timeline across all related projects, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Provide regular project updates and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Analyze project status and revise the scope, schedule, or resources to ensure project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably with managing complex systems and operations implementations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate needs across a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization to achieve cross-functional outcomes.
  • Observant and able to anticipate potential risks across projects, milestones, timelines, etc.
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented.
  • High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • Discerning and an incredibly fast learner.
  • U.S. Persons status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
