About the position

The Implementation Project Manager at Building Intelligence Inc. is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering new client implementations on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure successful project management and client satisfaction throughout the deployment process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for each new client during deployment.
• Understand each new client's needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure successful project management.
• Manage deployment project timelines, budget estimates, and provide project status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain project scope through inception and initiation of the deployment cycle.
• Identify risks or potential impacts to implementation timelines and costs; escalate concerns to the VP of Implementation and Support.
• Coordinate weekly with clients during project deployment to assess satisfaction and alignment.
• Maintain a list of outstanding decisions and unresolved issues for each implementation.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients for maximizing the value of offerings during implementation.
• Assist with workflow test scripts, Jira ticket writing, and product training materials as needed.
• Document all client interactions, requests, and account changes in the company's CRM software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in a comparable project management position.
• Experience with SaaS offerings.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new ideas.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office (3 years required).
• Experience with Microsoft Project (2 years required).
