About the position

The Senior Project Manager will oversee new client implementations and key initiatives for Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services (OSPS), ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. This role involves collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to define business initiatives and requirements, as well as the development and adoption of project management tools and practices. The position requires data collection and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and measure the success of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements for large, complex, and strategic customers.
• Oversee project timeline, scope, resources, and revenue forecasting according to workplan and contractual commitments.
• Proactively manage project risks/issues and facilitate discussions with customers and leadership.
• Gather information for business initiative definition and requirements.
• Act as the operational point of contact for various projects to drive execution.
• Document and communicate project status and changes in scope, including contingency plans for risks/issues.
• Deliver customer risk reviews to internal leadership.
• Mentor other Project Managers in onboarding and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years' project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-solution, multi-year projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing large or complex projects in a healthcare organization.
• Master's degree in Business, Science, or Healthcare Administration.
