Responsibilities

  • Quickly become an expert in product functionality and provide demos/trainings to client, clearly articulating how product features (and /or workarounds) can meet the client's goals and needs.
  • Oversee the entire software implementation project, from planning to completion, defining project objectives, creating project plans, allocating resources, setting milestones, and coordinating activities.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into software requirements.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to design the best-fit solution based on gathered requirements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the software solution's functionality, performance, and security.
  • Create training materials, conduct sessions, and coach users on how to effectively utilize the software solution.
  • Proactively manage and communicate changes to stakeholders and end-users throughout the implementation process.
  • Document all aspects of the software implementation, including specifications, configurations, test plans, training guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of software implementation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the software implementation lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer focus and experience managing a diverse range of customers.
  • Proven experience of working consultatively with client teams and aligning technology to help achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with customers in Commercial Real Estate Technology and industry best practices.
  • Project management skills to manage the implementation of Building Engines and affiliated technology software.
  • Excellent consulting skills to listen and translate key customer needs into workable solutions.
  • Ability to work with the wider team to scope and deliver customer requirements.
  • Expert communication skills to facilitate strategic conversations with customers and senior managers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to keep projects on track.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to enhance products, processes, and service.
  • Positive, solutions-focused outlook to address challenges.
  • Ability to manage time autonomously when faced with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience leading meetings with multiple high-level stakeholders.
