About the position

The Senior Implementation Specialist at TRIARQ Health is responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of the company's products and technologies for both new and existing customers. This role is crucial for ensuring that implementations are executed flawlessly according to client specifications, thereby accelerating growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively with various teams to deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process from initial sale to successful implementation, ensuring client success.
  • Work with clients to understand their strategic objectives and customize processes to align with project goals.
  • Own system design, build, and configurations.
  • Create effective training materials and deliver training to system super users and end-users, providing ongoing support.
  • Ensure effective adoption and utilization of new technologies.
  • Manage project execution by overseeing project plans, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in executing technology implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
  • Lead technical implementation discussions and presentations with vendors, client partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure quality and functionality of implemented technologies.
  • Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams for smooth project handover to TRIARQ RCM Operations and IT Support Teams.
  • Participate in discussions, try new approaches, and engage in self-reflection for continual growth.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in client implementations, particularly in technology implementation and integration or in an RCM-related environment.
  • Proficient in eLearning software (i.e., Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) and knowledgeable in project management tools (i.e., Microsoft Project, Microsoft applications, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving onboarding procedures.
  • Client-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
