About the position

The Manager, Implementation Services will lead the successful delivery of telecom services, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client requirements. This role involves managing a team, overseeing the implementation process, and maintaining high service standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the successful delivery of telecom services.
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for service delivery and implementation.
  • Oversee the entire implementation process from service provisioning to customer onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Manage escalations and troubleshoot issues during service delivery.
  • Provide leadership in improving processes related to service delivery and customer service.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to the support team after service delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Provide regular activity reports to leadership and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with tools like Microsoft Project.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications, service delivery, and provisioning processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with managing large-scale telecom implementations.
