This position combines technical expertise with customer service, ensuring seamless integration of the software with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while fostering long-term relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and healthcare providers to implement our software in various medical practices.
• Ensure successful integration of the software with EHR systems, troubleshoot any issues, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Deliver personalized customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct training sessions with healthcare staff on the functionality and benefits of the software.
• Engage in account relationship management, providing support and identifying opportunities for service improvement or additional sales.
• Stay informed about healthcare technology trends and offer insights for continual improvement of the platform.
• Travel within West Florida to visit client sites, ensuring consistent, hands-on support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field (or equivalent experience -- IE 2 to 3 years instead of college).
• Experience with healthcare technology, or software implementation preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, concise training.
• Willingness to travel across Florida (valid driver's license required).
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
