ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be part of the "new client welcome committee" with a unique twist. As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients and ensure they are comfortable using ADP's products and services. As an Implementation Specialist, you will consult with clients to deliver comprehensive ADP solutions, implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems and business processes, and partner internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service. Your ability to multi-task and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this role, as you will be managing multiple time-sensitive projects and sharing critical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution by understanding their business needs.
  • Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service to exchange routine information regarding client projects.
  • Multi-task and communicate effectively, managing multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.
  • At least one year of business consulting experience.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable.
