About the position

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at ADP, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with mid-sized business clients after a sale, ensuring a smooth transition to ADP's payroll and HR solutions. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, implementing ADP technologies, and providing ongoing support to help clients achieve long-term success. You will work in a dynamic environment, adapting to the unique needs of each client while maintaining a focus on metrics and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
  • Implement ADP Technologies by consulting with clients and analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver comprehensive ADP solutions.
  • Partner Internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with the client project team.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate by managing multiple time-sensitive projects and sharing essential information with clients and teams.
  • Organize your daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Military Experience is valued and recognized.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree (not required but preferred)
  • Experience in client relationship management or onboarding processes.
