About the position

The Implementation Specialist for ADD Systems' Wholesale Implementation Team is responsible for driving and supporting all phases of product implementation. This role involves analyzing customer business requirements, developing customized project plans, and ensuring successful completion of product deliverables. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment and become a subject matter expert in ADD software.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and analyze client business requirements to develop and execute a customized project plan.
• Train end-users through remote and on-site sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to meet project milestones.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Become an ADD software subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional project management skills and proactive approach.
• Accounting knowledge a plus.
• Experience in Wholesale industry would be an asset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and passport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
