The Impound Tow Truck Driver position at Henry's Wrecker Service involves safely transporting vehicles that have broken down, been damaged in accidents, or impounded. Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a wheel lift to move vehicles to designated locations
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with vehicle owners
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs if needed
• Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Regular and pre-employment DOT regulated drug screenings
• DOT Medical Card
• Obtain a DCJS Tow Truck Driver License
• Experience operating a wheel lift and flatbed
• Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair is a plus
