About the position

The In-Home Caregiver position involves providing personalized support and assistance to patients in their homes, ensuring they can maintain their independence and quality of life. Caregivers will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily living activities and household tasks while fostering meaningful connections with patients and their families. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for clients.
  • Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
  • Notify the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and transferring patients.
  • Perform household tasks essential to the client's personal care.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Six months of experience in home care preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
  • Ability to function in diverse home situations regardless of the patient's background.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work harmoniously with clients and their families.
