About the position

One On One Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of caregivers in the Winchester area. This role involves providing personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on one client at a time. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
• Experience as a CNA, PCA, or HHA is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo certification training if not already certified.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
