About the position
The In-Home Early Childcare Interventionist (ABA Therapist) position is an entry-level role focused on providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in their homes. The role emphasizes autonomy, allowing therapists to manage their own caseloads while working closely with families to foster a supportive learning environment. The position requires travel within a designated area and involves collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes to provide therapy services.
- Apply principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to the company's core values.
- Manage your own caseload and work autonomously.
Requirements
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a childcare provider, nanny, babysitter, or in a related field.
- A college degree in any field is preferred, especially in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology.
