About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is responsible for connecting customers with HVAC solutions, including heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades. This role emphasizes customer service and offers significant income potential through uncapped commissions, with warm sales leads provided by the company. The position includes comprehensive training and support for professional growth, along with a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers with heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
• Provide simple upgrades or whole system replacements to enhance customer comfort.
• Utilize warm sales leads provided by the company, avoiding canvassing and cold-calling.
• Achieve income potential of $100k to $200k+ per year through uncapped commissions.
• Participate in comprehensive training opportunities provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
• Travel to pre-set appointments throughout the assigned area using a company-provided vehicle.

Requirements

• Prior experience selling residential services in-home.
• Some locations may require HVAC-specific experience.
• Ability to travel to appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability to access attics and crawl spaces regularly.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
