Responsibilities

• Support children in need towards achieving optimal functioning as a 1:1 worker in homes and communities.
• Engage with children in various settings including their homes, schools, and community activities.
• Assist in skill development and teach personalized coping strategies such as self-care routines and meditation skills.
• Improve effective communication within families and communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Social Work).
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance required.
• Ability to clear the State Child Abuse Registry and undergo fingerprinting for criminal history.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in childcare (1 year preferred).
