About the position

The In Home Personal Care Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville is responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. This role focuses on non-medical support, ensuring clients' comfort and well-being while fostering a positive and engaging environment. Caregivers will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, offering flexibility and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
