About the position

The In-Home Personal Care Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare of Knoxville is responsible for providing compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
