The In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Consultant at Floor Coverings International is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional in-home service for flooring and design projects. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing for significant earning potential. The consultant will engage with clients directly in their homes, guiding them through the flooring selection and installation process while building lasting relationships and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
• Utilize the sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home/outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of flooring industry is a must.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and self-motivation are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable speaking confidently in public.
• Valid driver's license.
