Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects, providing expert guidance and personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
  • Seamlessly execute our proven sales system using a tablet, laptop, and specialized software to deliver professional, efficient, and engaging presentations.
  • Establish and maintain lasting customer relationships, earning trust through excellent service and expertise.
  • Cultivate referral sources to drive ongoing business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in in-home or outside sales.
  • Prior flooring experience is required.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Develop a personalized and empathetic approach to effectively connect and communicate with female customers.
  • Excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Maintain high standards of honesty, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Be proficient with computers and self-motivated in adopting new technologies.
  • Confidently deliver presentations and communicate effectively in public settings.
  • A current driver's license is required.
