Our representatives will have the opportunity to earn an impressive income, with potential earnings ranging from $100,000 to $200,000+ annually, thanks to our uncapped commission structure. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their home comfort. You will have access to a company-provided vehicle, gas card, phone, and computer, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—selling. Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to understand their heating, cooling, and air quality needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions and upgrades to enhance customer comfort.
  • Utilize warm sales leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold-calling.
  • Manage pre-set appointments throughout the assigned area using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance sales and technical skills.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the sales process.
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions accurately.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in selling residential services, particularly in-home sales.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to travel to appointments using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.
  • Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in solar sales is a plus.
  • HVAC specific experience may be beneficial.
