About the position

Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking highly-motivated and experienced In-Home Sales Professionals to join our rapidly growing team in Orange County. This role focuses on providing exceptional service through innovative products and a proven sales system, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers.
• Utilize a proven one-call-close system to finalize sales.
• Adapt to and implement new sales techniques and systems.
• Manage pre-set and pre-qualified appointments effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up after sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a one-call-close in-home sales representative.
• Current driver's license and own vehicle.
• Home Improvement Sales (HIS) license.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Strong competitive and results-driven mindset.
