About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team in the Wilmington, NC region, focusing on achieving company sales goals and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role involves coaching, performance management, and collaboration with various departments to drive effective sales strategies and resolve project challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales team within your region, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales KPIs.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales trainers, and other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
  • Hold sales field trainers and consultants accountable to established sales methodologies and conduct ride-a-longs with consultants.
  • Assist sales consultants in resolving project challenges within stipulated time frames, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of your region's sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service in line with the RbA Signature Service model during customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely job completion, particularly concerning loan expirations, by collaborating with operations for any additional training or expedited resolutions required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
