We are seeking an In-House Account Executive/Sales Representative to join our wholesale eCommerce company specializing in women's apparel. This role can be part-time, full-time, or an internship, and involves engaging with customers through calls and emails, processing sales orders, and preparing for trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service and be self-motivated to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and requests for information.
• Make outgoing sales calls and send emails.
• Enter sales orders and process them for shipping.
• Prepare for and potentially participate in trade shows.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service background or relevant work experience.
• Impeccable phone etiquette.
• Proven track record of successful teamwork.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results with limited oversight.
• Comfortable working on a computer.

Nice-to-haves

• Existing clientele in women's apparel.
• Bilingual.
• Experience with selling on marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart.
