We are currently seeking an In-House Content Creator who will dedicate their full-time efforts to producing short-form videos for our clients' paid and organic channels across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. This role requires a hands-on video content creator who will be involved in both the creation and support of content development. The In-House Content Creator will collaborate closely with the Strategic Accounts and Creative Strategy teams to produce content that aligns with brand goals and marketing strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality video and digital content from concept to completion, ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines and marketing objectives. You will manage the entire content production process, which includes scheduling, budgeting, and logistics. Additionally, you will be tasked with casting and sourcing talent for various content projects, collaborating with the creative strategy team to ensure that all content aligns with overarching marketing strategies and goals. Staying current on industry trends and best practices in video and digital content creation will also be a key part of your role.
