About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual design sense and the ability to translate concepts into engaging graphics across various platforms. This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content for various marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, and B2B promotions.
  • Develop A+ content for Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring high-quality product presentation.
  • Edit product photos and lifestyle images to meet brand standards.
  • Design promotional graphics for product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Perform basic video editing for short-form video content, such as ads, product demonstrations, and social media clips.
  • Edit and format UGC content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work closely with Marketing, Social, and B2B teams to gather project requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure understanding of creative briefs and expectations.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to align on creative direction and content strategies.
  • Ensure that all designs align with Orange Onions, Plushible, and Playtime By Eimmie brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in design elements across various platforms, adhering to project specifications and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate and share content in Canva for quick iterations and feedback.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for more advanced graphic creation needs.
  • Assist with website updates, creating banners, updating product images, and supporting e-commerce initiatives.
  • Design graphics for email flows, landing pages, and special promotions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines.
  • Be adaptable to feedback and open to incorporating changes quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced marketing or retail environment.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro is a plus.
