In House Marketing Agent

About the position

The position involves in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at Travel + Leisure Co. resorts. The primary goal is to schedule guests for presentations and serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring compliance with company standards while maintaining performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on marketing information and industry trends.

Requirements

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
