About the position

The In-House Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing revenue and brand visibility by engaging with clients, leading marketing strategies, and supporting the sales team. This position requires proactive management of various stakeholders, the ability to create and customize outreach efforts, and a focus on meeting growth milestones. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with current customers to inform them of additional services and reintroduce former customers to explore renewed business opportunities.
  • Track and follow up on leads generated from in-house advertisements and campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate on producing creative design content and ensure cohesive campaign delivery with sales teams.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or brand management, preferably in a commercial service-oriented industry.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and analytical tools, social media management, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, email, social media, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think long-term strategically while also executing and driving weekly and monthly results.
