About the position

As an In-House Marketing Assistant Manager at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a crucial role in leading the In-House Marketing team to drive high conversion rates for both owners and guests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with service standards, and enhancing guest experiences. You will also be accountable for personal tour booking production and will work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive high conversion rates for both owners and guests of owners.
• Monitor conversion metrics and prepare detailed reports on show factors and daily tour bookings.
• Interview, hire, train, and motivate the In-House Marketing team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales teams to ensure smooth tour flow.
• Maintain accurate records such as tour manifests and invitations.
• Resolve booking issues promptly and ensure marketing supplies are stocked.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vacation ownership or timeshare marketing, ideally in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant marketing experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience in the vacation ownership or timeshare industry.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and drive results.
• Familiarity with marketing systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
