About the position

The In-House Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Vacation Club, Waikiki is responsible for enhancing guest experiences and driving sales through effective scheduling and management of sales presentations. Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
• Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
