About the position

The position involves in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at Travel + Leisure Co. resorts, focusing on scheduling guests for presentations and serving as a brand ambassador. The role emphasizes customer engagement and sales tour reservations while adhering to company policies and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on marketing information and industry trends.

Requirements

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
