About the position

At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to put the world on vacation, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Vacation Ownership business line. This role involves in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will be responsible for scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, serving as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, presenting our offerings, and incentivizing them to attend a sales-preview tour. You will also screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and make sales-tour reservations while collecting required deposits. In this position, you will partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will be expected to maintain minimum performance goals while adhering to all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keeping current on marketing information and industry trends. Setting and reviewing performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis will also be part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
