We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Vacation Ownership business line, which includes brands such as Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and the newly launched Sports Illustrated Resorts. Our team of over 19,000 associates is committed to providing exceptional vacation experiences at more than 270 resort locations worldwide. In this role, you will engage in in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at our resorts, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, you will partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and presenting to prospective customers, incentivizing them to attend a sales-preview tour, and screening and qualifying potential customers based on company guidelines. You will also be responsible for making sales-tour reservations and collecting required deposits. It is essential to maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements while achieving minimum performance goals. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing information and industry trends, and set and review your performance goals regularly. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings
  • Keep current on marketing information and materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends and set performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
