About the position

The In House Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a sales team, ensuring adherence to sales policies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports.
  • Participate constructively in daily sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Site Trainer for initial and ongoing training.
  • Recruit future sales associates.
  • May be responsible for group sales presentations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Wyndham sales experience is required.
  • Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
  • Maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree is preferred.
  • Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain one is required.
  • Full availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
