About the position

The In House Sales Representative at Tropicana WorldMark Wyndham Destinations is responsible for conducting face-to-face sales presentations in a luxury resort environment. This role focuses on generating sales through effective communication of the benefits of vacation ownership and maintaining compliance with company standards. The position offers comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement within the vacation ownership sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers at award-winning resorts.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations to prospective and current owners.
  • Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions.
  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain minimum performance goals and keep current on sales information and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • General smart device skills are required.
