About the position

The InHouse Sales Representative at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for establishing rapport with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of travel, and generating sales through effective presentations in a high-energy environment. This role involves conducting face-to-face sales presentations at award-winning resorts, utilizing prequalified leads provided by the company, and participating in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers located at award-winning resorts.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel and Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while achieving minimum performance goals.
• Keep current on sales information, industry trends, and set performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
• General smart device skills.
