The position involves working with Marriott Vacation Club to promote vacation ownership opportunities, providing concierge-style services to guests, and managing sales presentations. Responsibilities

• Make pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls offering concierge services to guests.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide high-level service to exceed sales presentation and volume production goals.
• Ensure all guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are interested in learning about Marriott Vacation Club products.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with guests in person.
• Bold persuasion skills.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Hospitality, telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.
