About the position

As an In House Vacation Sales Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the vacation experience for our guests. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a knack for sales. You will be responsible for making pre- and post-arrival telemarketing calls, providing elevated concierge-style services to all arriving Owners and guests. Your primary goal will be to schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations effectively, ensuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are genuinely interested in learning more about the Marriott Vacation Club products and services. In this role, you will be part of an award-winning sales and marketing team that is dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences. You will be expected to provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Enjoy talking on the phone and/or interacting with guests in person
  • Bold persuasion skills
  • Computer skills
  • Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Nice-to-haves

  • Hospitality, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
