About the position

As an In-House Videographer at Great HealthWorks, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual storytelling through high-quality video content. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing videos that effectively showcase our products and brand identity. This encompasses a variety of video types, including product demonstrations, lifestyle videos, brand stories, and social media content. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Producers and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's vision and messaging. In the post-production phase, you will utilize industry-standard software to edit and enhance video content, ensuring impeccable color grading, sound design, and motion graphics when necessary. Your storytelling skills will be essential in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and effectively communicate the unique value of our products. Maintaining brand consistency across all video content is vital, and you will ensure that all materials adhere to our established brand guidelines. Additionally, you will manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition for each project. Your project management skills will be put to the test as you handle multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase products and brand.
  • Collaborate with Digital Producers and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
  • Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software, ensuring impeccable color grading and sound design.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers and communicate product value.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film, videography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5 years of proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio/demo reel.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere (Creative Suite).
  • Experience with DSLR cameras (Sony or Canon) and iPhone for social media capture.
  • Excellent understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio equipment.
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
