The In Office Sales Representative at Fred Loya Insurance Agency Inc. is responsible for engaging in sales activities primarily through phone and in-office interactions. The position offers training for obtaining a State Insurance license and is available for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Engage in in-office and phone sales activities.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Take vehicle pictures, which may require squatting, bending, and flexing.
• Perform bank runs for deposits during or after shifts.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated from Covid-19.
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy is desired.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be over the age of 18 to meet state licensing requirements.
• Eligible to work in the US.
