Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls with a professional and cheerful attitude
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation and management of contracts, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Running errands and completing various office tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting the office team with various administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Clear, professional, and friendly telephone presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet research; familiarity with Canva a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy office environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be able to work well with a team and independently
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Self-starter attitude - ready to contribute from day one!
