About the position
The In-Room Dining Attendant at The American Club is responsible for delivering food and beverage items to guests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, and maintaining proper serving etiquette. Responsibilities
- Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction
- Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standards
- Accommodating guests' special requests and concerns
- Maintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations
- Understanding guest check procedures and correct maintenance and use of all equipment
- Familiarizing with department and resort offerings, company policies and procedures, and safety practices
Requirements
- Prior serving experience preferred but not required
- Applicant will be required to obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire
- Applicants must be 18 years old
