About the position

The position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for hotel guests by effectively communicating with them regarding Suite Service orders. The role involves adhering to the Food and Beverage culture and standards while managing guest orders and requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact for all guests looking to enjoy Suite Service.
• Take orders for food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
• Control the flow of orders by quoting preparation times accurately.
• Organize and process all amenity requests.
• Complete opening and/or closing side duties.
• Provide direct service to guests as needed, including serving and bussing tables.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of all menu items, prices, and general service procedures.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
