About the position

The InSite Program Manager at Clean Harbors is responsible for managing the hazardous waste program at client locations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and serving as the primary contact for clients. This role emphasizes health and safety, customer satisfaction, and effective management of onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the efforts of all Clean Harbors onsite employees.
• Ensure compliance with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Assist with managing customer's air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
• Track facility-wide waste generation, storage, and disposal.
• Schedule transportation and disposal for outgoing wastes as needed.
• Provide waste tracking reports as required.
• Conduct facility-wide compliance audits and inspections.
• Provide weekly status reports to facility management.
• Utilize CHOICE waste management software to manage waste programs effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in EPA management and hazardous waste programs.
• Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Windows-based applications and computer skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with EPA, DOT, NRC, and applicable state and local regulations.
